patient_ot If you've heard tribal albums from Steve such as "Early Man", this is like that with almost all of the rhythm stripped away and thick washes of layered, storm-cloud ambiance over the top. What beats do appear on the album are pushed far to the background and muted. I like this a lot. Quite dark and intense.

Brian Bourassa Very Humid with mood and texture.
A great addition to your Steve Roach collection. And the cover art is awesome to boot! Favorite track: Two Rivers Dreaming.

about

Over two years in the making, recorded in Italy and the US, ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS melts through five intoxicating spaces with an intention that's pure and deep. These potent soundworlds hover, drift and morph to create an opening into an altered sense of perception much in the way shifting weather conditions effect the atmosphere of mood in daily life.
